General Regulations

Library users must have their BINUSIAN ID upon entering the library.
Proper attire is required. Library users must wear shirts and shoes and are expected to maintain acceptable levels of personal hygiene
Smoking in the library premises is not permitted.
All bags, briefcases must be deposited to the locker area. Users must seek for a number card to the staff in charged. Lost number card will be charged accordingly.
Silence should be observed in the reading areas and mobile phone conversations should not be held anywhere in the Library
Mutilating, damaging or defacing any library materials including tampering with or changing configurations or software on Library computers or displacing, disabling or unplugging Library equipment are strictly prohibited.
In case damage is caused to any library reading material or property, the person concerned shall be liable to pay the replacement cost.
No books, periodicals or other materials shall be removed from the library premises without being registered at the circulation counter.
All tour groups must obtain permission from the Library in advance of their visit.
Bags / items left behind in the Library and taken in the next days will be charged according to regulations.
The Library is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen or damaged on Library premises.
Failure to comply with one or more of the Library’s regulations may result in suspension of Library privileges
